Tamara KellyI've always loved crafting and making things, and finally picked up crochet in 2002, just as soon as I could find someone to teach me to chain and single crochet. Yarn crafting soon became my favorite hobby, and I started designing simple patterns a few years later. In 2009, I added knitting to my skills, and wrote a few knit patterns as well.

In 2011, I finally decided to start a dedicated web site for my yarn work and patterns, and I have been designing ever since. In between writing and designing for moogly, I also do custom commission work and take care of my three children - occasionally crafting for them as well!

Kelly, I am having problems copying the Fortune Shawlette. I used the green "friendly printer" button but it only wants to print page 1. Then I tried sending it to my e-mail and it did the same thing. I hope you can help because it looks like a beautiful pattern. Thank you!!

Tamara I like your patterns very much. I am especially interested in a scarf I saw you wearing in a posting by Lion Brand for a Crafsy Course you were hosting. But I have been unable to find it. Is it available, and if so where? Thank you

That is her Melting Snow infinity scarf - you can find it here http// == rf/

Thank you for sharing your patterns...I have been crocheting blankets since my teen years... I now do hats to go with some blankets. I donate most of what I make to Veteran Hospitals in my area.. This past year I have been browsing for new things to do. Just wanted to tell you that I like your work. I will be trying the octopus , It's cute.. Thanks again !

your one skein grapevine scarf can you do a video for this? I have a hard time following the pattern lingo?

It seems to me that you would have just a strait forward pattern without having to print 1000 pages and wasting all of that paper and ink..

I am trying to get the pattern and it will no come up. Why

Hello Tamara, I was just wondering if you have a simple pattern for a sweater I would love to be able to make for my 18mo Grand-Daughter. I have seen a few on different sites but they just seem to be too complicated for me. I am in no way a professional crocheter but I can do something that is for either beginners or easy. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Christine

I bought Tamara's pattern for Sven sweater. I is a wonderful sweater and the pattern was written so well I had not difficulty following it. and I am new at following patterns. I just crocheted it for a baby shower I went to. I paid I think $3.99 for a download.
