Plush Plus Rug

search

"Floor rug? Bath mat? The Plush Plus Rug is at home in any room - and it’s so much fun to watch the stitch pattern come together with this free crochet rug pattern! Made with Lion Brand Fast-Track, the Plush Plus Rug features a simple geometric pattern worked in a combination of overlay stitches and back loop only that creates really clean lines. And all this texture adds to the thick luxury of this pretty rug pattern! Shown here in just two colors, I would love to make this pattern again working the blue section in a different color every time. Or how neat would it be with the dark and light color flipped? And you can make it into a whole hallway runner with more repeats. The possibilities are endless with the Plush Plus Rug pattern!"

It seems like were constantly redecorating our little house, and weve recently been looking at tiles for our bathroom. This clever rug looks a lot like what weve spotted at the Big Box hardware stores. I love how thick it is, and its reversible, too??? Now we just have to decide on our colors and I can find the yarn to match.

Boy, this would give me practice in keeping track of my pattern instructions! I know it is worth it. I can see by the amazing finished rug! I thought this resembled a sort of Greek Key design, at first glance. Smart looking, vintage names for the colors- I love that touch!

I thought of the Greek Key, too, but it's probably because of the colors of the rug. Same colors as the Greek flag. hmmm...now I'm hungry for some dolmades....

This design is very modern and with a change of colors, would be a great entry way rug for my apartment. I love the design and I hope that my finished project will look just as tailored as does this one. Tamara writes such good written directions, I am positive this will be a cinch with a little time and effort.

I love this plush plus rug design. It reminds me vaguely of Native American designs. Now that all of the kids are gone, I can see using white on a floor covering. At this time though, I would prefer something in a more bold color to off set all of the neutral I have in the home. Thanks for sharing the free pattern.
