Hanging Owl Crochet Container

This one-of-a-kind project is such a cutie. The Hanging Owl Crochet Container is made with Lion Brand BonBons yarn so that it is easy to switch between colors. You can even substitute worsted weight yarn if you would prefer to make a bigger owl. At its small size, it can hold candles, water bottles, mason jars, and more. Use something round as a guide to know that it fits perfectly and adjust your hook and yarn size if you want it bigger.

These are just precious and I can think of dozens of ways to use them! I missed the Posh Pooch contest, but now Ill have to track down more of the BonBon entries. One of the nice things about using an actual package is that the yarns are coordinated colors. I recently took an art class, and learned a lot about tones and hues. Thats why some colors work together and others dont.

This is one of the cutest containers I have seen in a long while. If I make two of these in contrasting colors this will be an excellent addition to the dcor in my guest bathroom. I can hang them on either side of the mirror and the storage possibilities are endless.

What an adorable organization item. It is very colorful and I love that the little bon bons are used. I always see them in the store and really have no idea to use them. Thanks for the free hanging owl crochet conatiner.

Rcute worked up well want to try larger and smaller hook so then I can have all different sizes craft supplies holders.

This owl cover is too cute. There are so many endless possibilities that you could do with this project. One of my sisters is nuts for owls and anything with owls. I think it would be a great gift for her if I made this as a Kleenex box holder / cover for her to use on her night stand.

Oh this is SO cute. I can see myself making a lot of these little guys and maybe find similar patterns for other birdies to make them too. Add some lovely crocheted flowers and voila! We have a darling garden. I have a room in the house crying out for this.

I see something new every day on this website. Just when I thought I'd seen it all, here comes a multi-colored owl. The person who came up with this pattern is a genius, because I don't think I could make this up myself. There are so, so may uses for these little guys!

I just love how cute this Hanging Owl Crochet Container is. The pattern is very well written and my daughter who loves owls will flip for this. I like that it hold a mason canning jar. I know I can't just make one, this one need to be done a few times because you can't just have one owl. I love the bright colors she uses too they are so good together.. Thank you so much for this free crochet pattern.
