Inspired by the hot movie trilogy The Hunger Games, this Katniss Cowl was designed after a scene in the second movie installment, Catching Fire. Channel your inner Katniss when you wear this cozy wrap. The bobble stitch is used to complete this free crochet pattern and creates an armor-like appearance that will keep you protected from the harsh winter weather. Make this easy crochet cowl pattern for yourself, or give it to the die-hard Catching Fire fan in your life.

If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
