This is very pretty, but I would have to have Audrey Hepburns swan like neck in order to wear this creative cowl. Since its worked flat, Im thinking if I make it longer then it would be looser when worn. This would be a lovely accessory for a more formal occasion, and worked up in a sparkly yarn. Ive seen some nice yarn lately that Ive been looking for just such a project.

I like your thinking! I too have a short neck. And I never thought of a sparkley yarn. Whoo hoo!

This cowl could easily take a plain shirt to the next level. I love the material that the designer selected and the added pin really takes it up a notch as well. As a person that works from home now I would have loved to have this pattern when I worked in public.

This crochet cowl is really very different. I think what gives it the added flair is the type of yarn that is being used to crochet it. It is such a simple and easy project anyone can make one and enjoy it in just a few days. With it now being the start of summer, this would be an item best left for the cooler months but don't wait til the last minute.

This Royal Queen's Crochet Cowl is indeed fit for a queen. It is appropriately designed to make the wearer look very regal by hugging the whole neck with cowl that used a shimmering type of yarn. The button used to seal and adorn the cowl is also beautiful. It can even be more lavish if the wearer uses a real pearl or diamond-studded brooch. Enjoy your queenly cowl.

I love one skein projects like this crocheted cowl. The pattern is made by crocheting in the back loop of each stitch so the cowl comes together easily. This is a quick project to make in an evening using bulky yarn and a large N hook. A pretty button completes the look.
