In a single word, beautiful! This magic granny square makes a beautiful baby blanket. It has the appearance of something vintage. I am not sure if it is because of the colors blue and white used or from the square it self. I think this would also make a beautiful scarf.

I like this Magic Granny square for its vintage look, simplicity and for its colors. It reminds me of grandma who used to crochet all sorts of crochet stuff for the house. I will make this.

The pattern for this magic granny square comes with lots of extras that you dont usually get with such a simple and basic piece. The designer went all out with this by giving us pictures of a finished product she made using the square. She also shows us pictures of the square when made with different colors, and bonus diagrams.
