This is a beautiful headband pattern. I love the vintage look to it, and it is definitely the perfect item to be making as we head into the winter season! Many women will need something like this to cover their ears. I love the colors too! Thank you for the beautiful pattern.

If done in Dark brown, could be a "Ding-Dong" pattern.

The ruffles set this headband apart from all the other headbands that I have seen. I can see me with a multitude of these in all colors. I walk my dogs twice a day and sometimes in the morning it is a little chilly. This is the perfect thing to keep my ears warm and still be fashionable. Sometimes, a hat is just not what I want to wear.

Eeeewwww! I can just see Dot, Phryne Fisher's partner in Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries, wearing this lovely headband! Period perfect! Right down to the lovely color. The artist also has a wonderful You Tube channel under the name of her blog that shows how to do the stitches involved. I'm a visual learner so I'll be definitely be using that teaching tool! Just remember the artist hails from the UK ...wonderful to share a worldwide craft!

When I first saw this photo as a pattern of the day, I thought it was a pattern for a hat. When I read the title it was then I knew it was a headband and the perfect pattern for me. I have very thick, long hair and being able to cover my ears on long walks in the dog park is just the thing I need.

I love that Olivia Kent designs so many lovely things. Most of her patterns have a vintage flair to them and this pattern is no exception. It is the perfect headband for the winter. Her patterns are always written well and easy to follow. I love all of her designs.

Love fashion and accessories from the roaring twenties. Everything was so elegant and feminine during that era. I absolutely love this headband too. The colors work well together and the instructions look well written and easy to follow and should work up fairly quickly.

This headband is absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it is so eye-catching and it would be perfect for adding a vintage touch to your outfit.
