These are really cute and colorful and the little star buttons in the center set this off so nicely and give it a great accent color to boot. My tree always gets a few new ornaments every year and these will make it on the approved list this year. I hope that I can match these cute buttons.

http//www.allfreecrochet.com/Crocheted-Christmas-O == rnaments/Bright-Star-Ornament I love how cheerful these stars are on my tree. I have a number of stitched patchwork ornaments, and I crocheted a batch of the stars in matching colors. I had a bit of trouble finding the star buttons, but finally located some at a craft store in a larger city. I bought several small bags so I can make the stars to attach to my baked goodies. That way the neighbors get two gifts in one!

While this pattern has been designed as a Christmas tree ornament, I could imagine these sweet little stars crocheted in bright colours or even some pastel colours and constructed into an adorable mobile for a baby's room. What about making them into a bunting? These little stars are quite versatile!
