Another option for a hexagon design. Here's the link to the pattern http//www.jpfun.com/patterns/free/coasters/f108032 == scrapsavershexagon.shtml. This can be done in different colors.

I made this with Loops and Threads Charisma off white yarn for my granddaughter's birthday. She loves it!

I made an afghan from this pattern and it turned out beautiful. Pain in the neck sewing them all together but it's worth it.

Help! I saw a great flower motif on allfreecrochet.com. It was like crocodile tears that made the petals of a great flower on a crocheted afghan square. I can't find it again. Can anyone help me out? It was within the past month.

I love the look of this pattern but I have tried numerous times and this pattern as written makes no sense. The instructions when you get to round 4 are very confusing! Help Please!

The trickiest part of round 4,i found, was that double in the single the single she is talking about is at the base of the notch between the two star points. Sometimes I make it a single and sometimes a fpdc. Does that help at all? Also, I use a j hook but I'm an overhand wrapper so my stitches are really tight. If you crochet looser. I'd switch to a smaller hook.

having problems with the pattern as it is written, should I use a smaller hook size because mine doesn't look like this picture AT ALL

I have used this pattern to make several market bags out of cotton yarn and they are really a family favorite. Thanks for sharing this pattern!

@ImHis, Once you click on the link on our site that says "click here for crochet pattern," a new window will open up that takes you to the original designer's site. From here, you will actually need to click on one more link to view the pattern. You have two options: If you have the latest version of Adobe installed on your computer, click the link that says "download PDF file here." If not, you can view the HTML version of the pattern by clicking on the link that says "Go to HTML version here." Hope this helps! --Editor of AllFreeCrochet
