Violet Sue I appreciate you sharing your finished lavender baby blanket. I see you decided to use pink instead of lavender and it turned out beautifully. I hope my attempt will be just as great. I am leaning toward the lavender because it is a unique color for baby.

I totally agree with the designer of this lavender baby blanket. The edge is the defining addition of this blanket. Again, attention to detail to any project is what makes or breaks it. Lavender would be appropriate for a boy or a girl but you could certainly select a more gender specific color if you know the sex of the baby. Thanks for this quality free crochet pattern.

This is one baby blanket that moms would like to have. It is a C2C designed blanket which other moms would like to have for their baby. Also perfect in other vibrant or pastel colors.

My first corner to corner blanket. Love the texture and weight. I want to make one in more vibrant colors for our TV room. I watched a YouTube video to understand the increase/decrease, but once I "got it" the stitches just flowed. Thanks for a fabulous pattern.

Wow I just love the look of this Lavender Baby Blanket Crochet pattern. I haven't been a fan of the c2c patterns but this one, has changed my mind. The pattern is well written and so easy to understand and follow. I love the border she used for this one. If I don't make it for a baby, I'll be making it for myself. LOL I'm looking forward to making this one forsure. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet baby blanket pattern.

This gorgeous Corner to Corner project is one of my absolute favorite baby blankets. That two toned border! Thats what really sets this blanket apart. You would think its made from a cake type yarn, but its just old fashioned yarn changing. Ive made this a few times now, so I have the border down pat, but for a newbie, I do wish the designer had included a few photos.

The color alone would have grabbed me, but the design is so pretty that I think any color would have been just as nice. This is a very easy pattern. It's well written and very easy to follow. Even a beginner should be able to understand it. Thank you for sharing this beauty.
