Junebug Stitch Sampler Baby Blanket

Grab a couple skeins of cozy chenille yarn and get ready to kick back and relax with the stress-free Junebug Stitch Sampler Baby Blanket. This simple pattern uses crocheter favorite Bernat Blanket yarn in a pretty pink variegated color scheme for effortless color that works up in a snap.

I designed this easy baby blanket pattern for my parents' dog Junebug, who is always cold and trying to snuggle up under a blanket, but this would also be a great gift for a baby shower or a housewarming. I wanted to design something a bit more interesting to crochet than a pattern using just one type of stitch, but still simple enough to work up while watching Netflix or listening to an audiobook.

By alternating between the basic crochet stitches, this baby blanket gives you plenty of opportunity to practice your stitches. The easy-to-remember six row repeat gives this pattern enough variety to keep experienced crocheters engaged, but is not too difficult for an advanced beginner.
