Sporty Luna Crochet Shrug
"These strips of crochet fabric have a pretty flower centered in the rows. Inspired by the traditional techniques of Bruges Lace, the addition of large chains at the beginning of each row is an important design feature to join the strips together without sewing. Scroll to the bottom of this page to download the PDF file for this free pattern. The pattern features detailed step by step photo tutorial for every single row of the pattern repeat as well as every single row of the pattern repeat for joining as well. And, there are comprehensive video tutorials for this pattern on Kristin's YouTube Channel, and embedded into the free pattern page as well."

Another GREAT design from Kristin O. You will be able to complete this in a long weekend or at least a work week. Treat yourself to something nice and update your wardrobe accessory pieces. The lilac is a trend right color.

This sporty luna crochet shrug is very feminine. I love the color and the design looks like a little flower in the weave. If I get to start this on my next day off, I should be able to finish in a day if I do not get interrupted by my dear spouse. I would love to have this to wear back to work the following day.

I was hoping to view the video that was posted with this sporty luna crochet shrug. From the instruction page, the video is not available. The designer did include a lot of pictures though and they are very useful. I guess I will only know how this will pan out when I get started on making this. Thanks for the free pattern.

This shrug definitely strikes a feminine tone! I like the drape ability, the color, the pattern of stitches. I've never worked with bamboo yarn before sooo that will be the new thing on this project for me. Super nice for me having a video tutorial because I'm a visual learner. Great that the artisan is supporting those who have suffered domestic violence too!

I have never liked shrugs! Then I found this pattern by designer Kristin Omdahl. Excellently written pattern with lots of pictures makes it easiest enough for a beginner. Along with a video, what more can you need to learn to advance your skills? This pattern in going into my must make. Thank you for such a great pattern
