This quick little project is exactly what Ive been looking for. Im working on a small project for a special little granddaughter, and wanted to find something small to toss into the package. Since its a scrapbuster, I can use some of leftover yarn so her new headband will match her crocheted Owl bag. Of course, those curly cues are going to have to compete with her natural ones.

Well! If you're an adult, you can make one of these for yourself, too, as the pattern covers all head sizes. I think if you wanted to get even more creative, you can embellish it even more. But you should make sure the weight of those embellishments are not heavy because it will weigh down the curly cues. If you can embroider, perhaps create some stars along the headband itself. cute!
