I am confused on the sleeve instructions. It looks like you need to increase on the dc ch1 rows but the instructions do not state adding dcs. My sleeve is not looking like a pronounced triangle and is too tight on my arm. Please clarify.

Hi linda loves croche t, I'm sorry you're having trouble with the sleeve portion of this pattern! It seems as though the increase happens at the beginning of the row by the first ch 4 counting as a dc and ch 1, then a ch 1 and dc in the first ch 1 space from the previous row. Perhaps you are accidentally skipping the first ch 1 space from the previous row? If not, I'd recommend counting your stitches after each row and double-checking your tension and gauge. I hope this helps! - Laura, editor of AllFreeCrochet
