Hello, sunshine! This precious Rainbow Sunshine Lovey Blanket is perfect for any little baby. This bright, multicolored blanket will look great in any nursery room. The lovey is a popular style of baby blankets that is a bit smaller than your typical crochet baby blanket, and it sometimes also has a little object attached to it (often times an animal such as an elephant, puppy dog, lamb, etc). This one has a smiling sunshine that is sure to bring a smile to anyone's face - both babies and adults.

For some reason I had to print it in landscape as one side of writing was not there

How beautifully colorful this Rainbow Sunshine Lovey Blanket is. I love it and think any child or adult would love to receive one. I like that the written pattern puts a twist on the old fashion granny square to make a brightly colored blanket. The written pattern is easy to follow and well written and some really nice pictures. I'll be making a few of these. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

Is there some kind of rule that adults cannot have a lovey? Because I am adult and i need to have this. I am a sucker for color, color, color! That sunshine face peaking out from beneath the rainbow. These would be a great charity project for the NICU at a children's hospital.

The colors are amazing when put together! Being sun-shiny and then adding the sun is just perfect. I am definitely going to see about completing this pattern for all my baby shower gifts. Plus, I will make some for the area law enforcement to give when they have a domestic call.

This lovey blanket is very cute and original. Clicking on the link provided takes you directly to the bloggers site where the pattern is posted complete with lots of pics. The happy little sunshine just sets this off and tips it on the cuteness scale. The 20 x 20 measurement makes it the perfect size for little ones to carry around with them.

trying to download patterns is difficult. If it doesnt improve, I will discontinue this website.

I really don't understand why you are having trouble since all you have to do is click the link and it takes you right to the page that has the pattern, you don't have to download anything.
