Hi, I'm currently making this and am having trouble with the hood. I just cannot understand how it attaches to the body of the hoodie. anyway to get a diagram of more detailed instructions? Thank you!

I admit I almost passed by this one. I'm very sensitive to color and the color was a definite turn off to me. But then I looked again...really looked...past the color. I like what I see!!! It looks very, very comfortable. The pattern is designated "easy". They've thought about larger folks like myself and included larger sizes. And now about that color...think I'll try it in strawberry shortcake!!!

I like this summer hoodie pattern. I just wish there had been more pictures of the finished project. The color selected here would be a little off for my skin complexion but I would love to have this crocheted in a pale peach. Thanks for the pattern.

This one has been around for awhile now, I've seen it and have been waiting for all the questions and problems folks have are fixed before I give it a try. I'm hoping everything is okay with the written pattern. Has anyone finished this one yet? Can you please post pictures? I so want to make and wear this Cool Summer Hoodie. bostoncrocus 13694 13, what a cool idea. A sweater dress with a hoodie would be a great piece of clothing. My twenty-one year old twin daughters have the figure for such a dress. I hope you post the directions.

This looks like an excellent hoodie to wear on the boat at night when it gets chilly year round. The hood is an added bonus to keep the strong cold winds out of your ears. I see this pattern was updated. Has anyone made this since the update and did you experience any issues making it?

Oh very nice indeed thank you for this free pattern. This hoodie is going to be so good to wear on cooler days. Although I am not crazy about the color shown I just love absolutely everything else about it! I am not at all familiar with Bernat Handicrafter yarn but there are several good local South African cotton yarns available at my local yarn store.

I am surprised this was a free pattern. Sizing is perfect, great instructions, very easy to do, assembly easy and it's cute! I made it with Bernat Handicrafter cotton yarn. You can make this piece with very basic crochet skills, just remember to count your stitches. Two thumbs up on this one!
