Windy Morning Crochet Shawlette
Add a bit of drama and mystique to your ensembles when you get wrapped up in the Windy Morning Crochet Shawlette. The crochet shawlette combines the best of what scarves and shawls have to offer in one colorful accessory that you can wear year-round. The shawlette has an easy crochet pattern that even crafters newer to the art will enjoy. It also has a lace-like design that is framed with scalloped edges. All you need to do is simply drape the shawlette over your shoulders before you leave the house to create an attention-getting look.

I find this windy morning shawlette not enough to cover for the the windy, and cold morning in Chicago. I love the huge, ruana that is almost a blanket.

Triangle shape wraps and shawls are becoming one of my favorite new things to make. There is something so cool about seeing your progress turn into a cool triangle shape as you go along. For this one, the color changes- I hope that there is a really secure way to weave in all those ends. That would be my only concern. It's so pretty, though!

Besides being so quick to work upand no tricky stitches to content withthis project comes out a bit shorter than a lot of scarves. I love the extra touch provided by the scalloped edge, too. My senior ladies might like this one, so Ill print it off and see what they think. If nothing else, Ill have it on hand in my personal files.

I love, love, love the boho look and the color choices on this shawlette are a perfect match for that look. I am going to curl up with this shawlette, a cup of hot coffee, and a book for a lazy weekend morning. I love this site there is always something new on here.
