I like the airiness of this light and lacy summer poncho but not the color used. I want it in solid colors instead of having it in multicolors.

What a colorful spring/summer shawl. I see the designer selected to use a yarn sold in cakes but is state almost any yarn can be used. I really love this color combination as it looks like a rainbow. Searching on line for this color Wolltraum yarn.

I wanted to know more about the Wolltraum yarn that was used to crochet this poncho and I learned it is a yarn sold in "cakes" and I also about a Virus shawl. Two great things from one excellent post.

I have a project that I have to finish first, then this poncho is next! I can't wait to make it. I will submit a picture when I'm done. I love it!!

I am crazy about color! This rainbow colored poncho is just my type of apparel project. It is such a simplistic pattern that I think just about anybody can follow without difficulty. I am definitely going to add this to my saved projects. Love, love, love! Thank you for this awesome pattern.

I have been looking to make a light and lacy Summer Poncho pattern and this one will work just fine. I love the color of the cake yarn she used. But she doesn't state which one she used, does anyone know what yarn would make this beautiful color pattern? This pattern is well written and easy to follow, and after reading the comments, she answered the questions and fixed the written pattern. I'm hoping it will work out as good as the picture. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.
