The hat shows off some glorious blue tones that make you start dreaming. Although the denim colors also make you feel warm. Those worsted weighted yarns are very light and make you feel like you are not wearing a hat at all, but still keep you cozy and warm. Love it"

This is the perfect color to match all that denim that we all wear. I know this would easily be a favorite hat to grab on the way out the door on those cool to cold days. I like that the ribbed portion is made in a rectangle and then joined. That makes a lot of since. You will get a much better fit.

I learned a new technique with this denim blues hat project. I have not run across the linked double crochet stich until this project. Thanks for the tutorial. I am loving the faux fur pom pom.

She does a good job with her hats! I can tell she enjoys making them, and it shows. I am new to the Yarn Bee line at Hobby Lobby. I have used one of the yarns once before, and I really like how my scarf turned out. Faux fur pompoms are so popular right now, and I do love them, but you know- I think this hat will work equally well without one.
