This is a great idea for Halloween and Autumn decorations. No need to buy or throw out pumpkins every year. I think I will make up a few for myself and let the boys choose what faces to make. Maybe I will cut up bunch of different felt facial features and they can change them around when they get bored with them.

This nice basic pumpkin has so many possibilities. It would be cute to have some felt pieces and let children decide on their own decorations. The pattern is well written and the stitches used makes it look more like knitted than crocheted. The designer provides a link to her YouTube channel, but I couldnt find the video for this specific project. She does have a LOT of interesting items though.
