Zoodiacs Afghan

Zoodiacs Afghan
Zoodiacs Afghan

"This Zoodiacs Afghan is a collection of corner to corner crochet squares depicting the 12 animals in the Chinese Zodiac. Each square is about 18 inches big, so the afghan is quite large, around 5ft by 7ft. It requires several colors of yarn, and the link includes a list of recommended supplies/colors, video tutorials, instructions, and of course, the 12 animal graphs. I've also included a quick corner to corner tutorial for those who want to learn this fun technique!"

This Zoodiacs afghan is a cute take on the 12 animals in the Chinese Zodiac. I love the colors selected by the designer and the possibilities of what can be done with the squares are endless. Anything from pillows to wall hangings can be created, but it would be a shame not to make the entire afghan.

This zoodiacs afghan is so adorable. The colors selected to create this project really go well together. The background colors really make the animal designs show up. I have yet to create a project using this corner to corner technique and I think I will make the dog square as a trial run.

Absolutely adorable to give as a baby shower gift! Baby will love the bright colors and can even use the blanket as a learning tool for what animals make what noises.
