"What could be cuter than a baby dressed in a pastel unicorn costume? My adorable pastel rainbow unicorn diaper cover goes perfectly with my pastel unicorn hat. Pattern is for size 0/3 months. This would be perfect for a baby shower gift, newborn photos or baby's first Halloween. Pattern for matching hat is also on my blog. Enjoy! This clever project is the matching piece to the designers Unicorn Hat. Its only available in one size (0-3 months) and its a fairly easy pattern to follow. The designer also provides a YouTube video thats pretty much a Crochet Along. I really liked how she explained placing the buttons on the front to make the cover adjustable as Baby grows. That useful bit of info can be carried over to other diaper covers!

She has created an entire coordinated set with all her unicorn inspired apparel for babies. Again, I say, why not dress up your collectible dolls as well? I know, I think outside the box. I would recommend the Loops and Threads Impeccable yarns for this, or for a slightly lighter weight touch how about Caron's Simply Soft?
