This one is so easy to make.

I just requested this pattern. I look forward to making it.

Such a sweet little beanie and the colors are just gorgeous! There is an underfunded childrens hospital quite near where we live and I am sure they would really appreciate the help. So I am off to locate that yarn and as soon as it arrives I can get started!

This 30 Minute Newborn Beanie Hat is just what I need. It's like overnight I am getting request to crochet baby items and yes hats. This one is so easy to whip up and I love the colorway used. I need to find this yarn, the colors work for both sexes. There is a good video showing how to make this cute beanie too. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet baby hat pattern.

By the end of this year I will be sending a box of crochet goods to a foster home. Thank you for this pattern. I will be able to use up all of my small amount of yarn to make a lot of these baby hats to keep some babies warm who live up North this winter.

I love this hat! The pattern is really easy to read, and looks like it really will work up in 30 minutes! The colors of the yarn are pretty, too. I would probably not use it for a baby boy, though. There are so many color options it will be hard to choose which one to start with.

It would be very helpful if you mention how many stitches in each row, would alleviate ripping out stitches guessing how many should be there. I've ripped out row 4, 2 times because I didn't end up with 1 dc in last stitch, maybe because I didn't have right number in row 3, so I altered row 4 so I could end up the right way.

You can never go wrong with baby items. This adorable 30 minute newborn beanie hat is the perfect pattern to keep on hand. This pattern does not call for a lot of yarn so I am sure you have some from another baby project that you can get this done in short time.

Beginner patterns are the best. I love to crochet and sometimes the projects I select can be complicated and very time consuming. I jump on this type of pattern when I just want to get a project made. So by the end of the year I have a host of items to gift or donate.

These colors are most of my favorite classic baby colors that I like to work with. It does not get any easier that this pattern right here! If you like to do your charity work, these beanies would be the perfect addition to add to your body of work. My favorite part about baby beanies and booties is picking out the colors at the store!

This Newborn Beanie hat is so beautiful because of the colors used. I guess the designer of this beanie is also a mom who wants her baby to look awesome and fashionable to start them young. Haha. This is perfect for either a baby boy or a baby girl. Also perfect as gift.

Yesterday I was in your site and there was a nice slow paced video on making the 30 minute newborn crochet hat. I can not find it today. Is it still available? I want to make it for my new grand daughter who was born early and is in the NICU.

This is an excellent pattern if you need to make up baby hats in a hurry. If you crochet moderately quickly like I do, you can make one of these in about 10 to 15 minutes easily. It makes them perfect for craft sales and bazaars, as well as for donating to local hospitals and charities. The pattern should either give stitch counts or mention whether or not the ch2 is counted to avoid confusion though.

Wow, this happy is super cute and looks super easy. Not sure if I can actually finish it in 30 min. but I am certainly up to challenge myself to do that. Great idea for a last minute baby shower gift or to take on visitation to the hospital newborn unit. Will give it a try.

This is very cute and very easy. I can make up a couple in an evening. There is a children's hospital in town that has an NICU and I know they would love to have some of these. The little ones really need them. Just make sure if you also donate to a hospital, do not make them out of wool.bsome are very allergic to them. I use hyper allergic yarn and wash them in a pure detergent before donating.

what is a magic ring? and how do i do it?

instead of chain 4, connect work pattern... loop yarn twice work 1st row of pattern, yarn is then drawn tight - ie drawstring - gives an easier working surface harmonious effect

I was looking for a simple baby hat pattern so I could make a bunch of hats for our group's charity work. Perfect hat for this!
