Complete a double crochet in your first stitch where you are starting to incorporate this stitch.

Chain one.

Work in the row below between two stitches.

Yarn over and pull up a yarn in the space.

Yarn over and pull through two.

Yarn over and go back in the space starting another double crochet.

You should now have three loops on your hook and you are going to yarn over and pull through all three of them.

Finish off the stitch by chaining one.
