Bunches of Bobbles Blanket

"The free Bunches of Bobbles Blanket pattern makes a gorgeous crochet baby blanket - or throw, afghan, or bedspread! It’s modern, unisex, and features a unique border you’ll want to apply to future projects too! I really enjoyed making this blanket - and coming up with a border design that would compliment the 3D aspect of the bobbles, without distracting from them - and I think I’ve hit the mark! While I made this blanket baby sized, I’ve included the stitch count along with info on how to create your own custom size!"

Any time I see a Moogly Blog project, I know I am not going to be disappointed. This is a wonderful blanket for a baby, especially if its worked with sharply contrasting colors. All those bobbles make it ideal for a tummy time mat, too, since they will stimulate Baby to explore just what are these nubbly things? There are tons of resources, and the pattern is downloadable, too.

Another wonderful by afghan with a different pattern. You can give all your new mom friends a different type. I love bobbles or pop corn or what ever name you give it. It's just so different. But it's also very easy to accomplish. Plus there is a video to help you out!

Oh my my I am so intrigued with this Bunches of Bobbles Blanket. With the front post bobble stitch and the colors I so need to make this. The pattern is so well written with great how to videos to help you. This will be a nice textured blanket for sure. So nice for a baby or child to a adult, I found that some will rub the bobbles when stressed to help them relax, so this will be good for anyone. I'm so making a few of these in different sizes and colors. I'm so excited to learn new stitches and the front post bobble is so nice. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet blanket pattern.

I used to work as the Activity Director at an assisted living facility. We also had a Memory Care section, and a texture was something that some of our Alzheimer residents could still appreciate.
