The crochet portion of this project is a snap its the weaving the Celtic Knot that can cause some genuine frustration. The designer has provided a downloadable diagram for weaving the knot, and unless youve worked it many times, youd be wise to use it! This is one of the best graphic explanations around. Ive used this knot for many other patternsincluding other pieces of jewelryso I like to keep it handy.

I might be one of the only crocheters who did not know that March was national crochet month. ?! I am not a jewelry maker. Let's put that out there at the start. I can get on board with the braided chains that make up the knot, pretty easily. But I might have to get someone else to the rest of it for me! -)

Happy Saint Patricks Day, soon, and this pattern is just in time. It uses very little yarn and some basic and simple jewelry techniques to make. There are also included with this tutorial some videos the explain each step of this project. This is a twofer project for National Crochet Month and St. Patties Day.

This is one of the best projects I have ever seen. There are written instructions, pictures and videos at almost every step along the way. Any one should be able to complete this. It's very easy and very pretty. Make it in different colors, add beads, or charms. Thank you for posting this.
