I love the idea of this project, but I havent seen any candy cane wreath forms like the designer describes. I have, however, seen inexpensive Styrofoam canes that might work just as well. You could still work the colored strips as suggested, but use wig pins or something similar to hold the yarn in place while wrapping. I would still use the designers suggestion about only wrapping the strips in short sections. Been there and done that with the long strips in other projects.
