Little Gentleman Baby Booties
Your best friend is about to have a baby boy, and you need a gift idea for her upcoming baby shower. Instead of, or perhaps in addition to, purchasing an item from mom-to-be's registry, you can crochet baby booties that are fit for a prince. The Little Gentleman Baby Booties are stylish and cute, and include plenty of details that everyone will love. The pattern is easy to make, too, and will look adorable along with a gift that includes other items for a little boy's layette. You could use yarn in other colors, too.

These are great in so many ways. They are very easy, don't take much yarn and are cute as can be. I really love when I find patterns for baby boys. I think I may try something different with them. All white with black straps to go with a two piece white boys outfit I made!

Here is an adorable pattern for baby boy. There are scores of patterns for babies and sometimes just by the color scheme will you know if it is for a boy, but this is a true item just for boys or little girls that will grow up to be tom-boys. lol

I was so glad to see this pattern specifically for boy babies. I am so looking forward to making these booties in different shapes of blue.

Baby crochet patterns are always so fun to look at. I never really gave much thought to boy versus girls except with color but these are surely for a boy with the sharp little details provided here. This will definitely get a lot of second glances even from those that do not crochet.

Ive visited this authors site several times before, and she always has well thought out projects. This bootie pattern is no exception. Since the pattern is written for only one size, she suggests changing the hook size to achieve what you need. There is also a nice instructional video for the crafter to use as a Crochet Along. Depending on the age of the child, I would probably swap out the button for a crocheted bauble.
