Now heres a bookmark that would be hard to misplace! I borrow a lot of library books, so I want bookmarks that are easy to use and wont damage the book in any way. Unfortunately, I sometimes forget the bookmark is in there when I return them. Im going to work up a few of these in some neon yarn and contrasting ribbon. That will definitely make them easier to spot.

If I can't print out a pattern, I open a word processing program and copy/paste. I also include photos if there are any.

Why can't I see the printed pattern? The pattern that came when I pushed print, cannot be complete.

Your patter for shelled bookmark is hard to understand. I copied the pattern and am wondering if I got all the instructions. I copied and pasted it. Did I not get all of it. Please give better or complete directions. How to you get the voice advertisement off you site. I hate it.

What do you have against copy/paste? You have this pattern fixed so that no one can copy/paste the pattern into their files. The PDF Converter program that you and many other designers are advertising is not a good program. You have to install a toolbar to get it plus they sneak in other programs in the download.

Yarnhooker, if you highlight what you want to copy, and then instead of right-clicking to "copy", just hit "control + C" and it will copy what you highlighted. Then open Microsoft Word (or something compatible) and hit "control + V" and it will paste what you copied onto the page. Worked well for me, with pictures and all.
