Animal Pillows

These animal pillows are so adorable. Not only can your baby use it as a pillow, but they can play with them as a toy. There are three different animals to choose from.

Well, she as made it easy to create many different animals using the basic "bear" pattern. Each animal starts out like that then has different snouts or muzzles, and ears. Just change those details up to create the pig and the cat! I wish there was a bigger picture and detailed photos of each animal so I could see the stitch detail.

These animal pillows are so cute! While there are only the three animals listed here, I am thinking you could adjust the ears and the colors to make almost any animal. I would love to make an elephant or a panda, or maybe a monkey! There are so many possibilities, I cannot wait to get started on all of them.

These are cute projects, but the one and only photo is so small I had to keep enlarging the page just to see any details. Considering the number of parts for each pillow, you could really think of them as amigurumi. And most amigurumi patterns definitely benefit by having photos, especially for the construction phase. Ill be making at least one of them upI love the Kittyand will consider making the others.

These are absolutely adorable. And like in the other things I crochet for kids, I take a plastic Easter egg, put some bells inside it, hot glue it shut and put it inside the pillow. No wAy they can fall out. Then I use safety eyes and the pillow is child safe. Thanks for sharing.

I have a niece and nephew who are in need of birthday presents and who loooove naps, so I can't wait to start these and give it to them. ) So cute!

I think the animals aare adorable. I do have a request though. Would it be possible to post a bigger picture? And possibly a picture of how the arms, legs, ears, etc are sewn on? I tried to enlarge the picture but it gets fuzzy. I want to see if the attachments are sewn on the stich connecting the pillow. Such as both flaps of arm on one side of stitch or the pillow stitch in between the arm flaps. Thanks!

They r very informattive!

Looks great. But the first part of Rnd 2: Ch3,dc in same st, then the rest is OK. Where is the double crochet going ? What same st ? Sorry , I usually see things like dc in the 3rd ch from the hook. Please explain.

My daughter isn't a baby anymore but she collects pigs so I made the pig pillow for her last birthday! She loves it. It was easier to crochet than I expected since I am not what I would consider an intermediate crocheter. Fun and turned out adorable. Going to do a purple one and play with the pattern some to make it more like Barney the dinosaur for my granddaughter.

Really sweet, sure gonna love to give this to the grandkids

These are VERY cute! Will be great gifts for my grandkids, although I do agree with Jameslindap....Eyes can always be embroidered on instead of gluing wiggly eyes or buttons. Let's keep our precious ones safe!:)

Please do not make these for a baby as the pattern is written. Never glue on wiggly eyes for baby items. Safety eyes would be a much safer bet.

These are WWAAAYYYY tOO CUTE!!!!!!!
