I like the openness of this design. If crocheted with cotton, this would be appropriate for the summer or spring months with something modest underneath. The pale color would go along with all your warm weather gear.

This top is gorgeous. Would look great worn over the top of a basic tee or a tank top or spaghetti strap top depending on the weather and the occasion. Love this color for the Spring. Excellent look for a casual outing matched with a pair of shorts, jeans, or a mini skirt. Am enjoying all of these easy to make patterns and love working with cotton yarns.

Lea Blouse is a perfectly beautiful piece. However, the size you provided for the free design will not work for me. When reading through the instructions I did not notice how to make any other size but the small. I guess I would have to obtain the PDF file for the other sizes?

Unfortunately I've yet to be able to even open up the pattern because the constant popups and unwanted videos make it impossible.

Hi mary3108, Sorry to hear about your problem. I just clicked the link above " click here for the free pattern" and it took me right to the pattern page. http//www.girliescrochet.com/lea-blouse.html May I suggest trying a different browser. I use Google (free) and I have no problem with the popups or videos. I hope this helps?

I had a good laugh I recently started to crochet for the first time I usualy just did some minor knitting I started with the Lea blouse took my bust measurement started to chain and is saw oops this will not fit around my waist so I added some more chains and i started to do the rows Something just didnt looked right so i went to our local wool shop Ah low and behold i didnt realised that you start this top from its neckside I didnt had to add more chains in the beginning hahaha oh well so i started from scractch and so far it looks like its going to work now No photo yet but i will sure send one when my top is completed I just wish the pattern could have told me from the start that you start to crochet it from the neck side…Read More not from the waist up

Thank you for that small bit of info. i would have begun at the waist also. I am top heavy so i will have to find out how many more chains I will have to increase for my bust size. If there is anyone who is a size 44 D please let me know what I need to do.
