It is almost officially summer time and I need to add a few pieces to my summer wardrobe. Looking through my favorite site for free crochet patterns I ran across this Eunice Summer Top and I am glad I found it. I love the item in yellow and I think I will make one in yellow to be true to the design. Thanks for the free pattern.

What a refreshing summer top. This design is so delicate and stylish. The directions are provided to even make this for kid size. This would be a beautiful Mother/Daughter design to wear during the hot days of summer. (Photos of how to make this were done in a very pretty fuchsia. I would have loved to see that finished top)

Oh how I wish I could make one of these Eunice Summer Tops for myself.. The written pattern is for kids age 7-8, How can I change it for a medium adult? I love the look of of this and the written pattern is well done and easy to follow. I like the airness of this top. I have saved this one and hope to make it soon. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet top pattern.

Well, this pattern title certainly captured my attention since it is named with my mothers name, Eunice. Eunice is not a very common name. I just learned by looking over the blog that there is a series of Eunice patterns too. I did not see a back story on where the name Eunice came from but I am curious.

Some of my patterns are named after family and close friends and people who have touched my heart. Eunice is after my sister in law
