Mountain Ridge Coat

Mountain Ridge Coat
Mountain Ridge Coat

"Crochet sweater for cold days: uneven hem - longer pointed hem at the back, overlapped front flaps. This coat is made by worsted wool blend yarn and simple crochet stitches so the ridges could show off. Still, it's a flattering and versatile coat to wear with a nice belt or brooch. Pattern is fairly easy for experienced crocheters since it's mainly used double crochet stitches and cable stitches. If you are looking for a trendy outerwear, this project is for you."

This mountain ridge coat is really striking. I love the asymmetrical hem and the double breasted feature or the ability to fold it over on itself. I never wear a belt but I may would make an exception for this piece. I may would go with a tie over the type shown.

The patterns that I find on this or any sight that get my full attention are few and far in between. This is one of those that demand me take a real look at. It has a lot of design elements that I really like and I would have appreciated a few more pictures. It is also wonderful that the pattern can be acquired in more sizes if necessary. I really love this mountain ridge coat.

I am loving all of these patterns that I am finding on your site. The geometrical uneven hem of this coat looks so stylish and up to date with current fashion. This would actually look great to wear on my next visit to South Beach. It gets chilly in the evening with the ocean breeze blowing. Love this look.

Perfect for an occasion where you need to dress up a bit. This Mountain Ridge Coat has the look of elegance and grace. Wear this in an evening party of dinner out. Perfect to wear on a chilly evening. Other colors may give a different taste or mood.
