"Light and airy this gorgeous cowl will add a little flair to your summer wardrobe. The open stitchwork crochets up fast, and uses only one skein of yarn. The pattern includes photos to demonstrate how to join rounds, so there's no pesky seam. The simple repeat is easy to remember for a relaxing crochet project. Make a few for you, friends or to give as gifts. Video tutorial is also available for those more visual learners."

Crochet HookI/9 or 5.5 mm hook

Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

Crochet Gauge2″x 2″ 7 sc x 6 rows

Finished SizeMy finished cowl measures 15″ wide when stretched, and 32″ around with one ball of yarn. Two balls would give you nice long cowl that you could double wrap. To adjust the size of your cowl the stitch multiple is 4 + 6 for the starting chain.
