I love the look of this Macchiato Slouch Hat. The pattern is well written and so easy to follow. I too love the Scarfie yarn from Lion Brand, it's my go to yarn when I want the self changing of the colors. I haven't tried their bulky yarn yet, but I will for this hat! This one will be perfect for this cold winter ahead. I do have one question for anyone who has made this hat Does the bulky yarn make this heavy? I don't want it to slide off my head do to the weight of the yarn. Just thinking ahead.. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

I absolutely love this hat. The color would work so well with any fall ensemble - it's the perfect combination of casual and elegant!

Love the Scarfie yarn from Lion Brand. The gradual color change is awesome and fun to watch as you work on a project. The pattern for this Macchiato slouch hat is very simple. It makes me want to make a run to Starbucks for a Frappuccino heavy on the vanilla syrup and caramel drizzle.

I'm going to try the Bistro Babe. I have a thing for anything French.

What a perfect name for this beauty. The layers of colors do resemble the drink. I am going to try making it with the lightest weight yarn that will work. I want one of these so badly but in Florida it may be a bit on the warm side. We do have some cool weather early in the year when I can use it. Thank you for sharing this.
