Lemon Twist Hat
Make this Lemon Twist Hat using Red Heart yellow worsted weight yarn. It's a great hat to wear during the spring because of the bright yellow color. The design of this hat is unique, as well. Begin this free crochet hat pattern by forming a magic circle. Reverse single crochet and regular single crochet are also used to complete this crochet hat.

This one is a positively unique pattern! I like the twist design. I've never done reverse crochet...didn't even know it existed so that'll make this interesting too! It's a good thing that are tutorials in it. I'm such a visual person and that's just what I'll need! I like the suggestion Cheryl Y made of making it a little longer so you can flip up the brim. Hopefully I can figure that one out!

After reading through the instructions and comments, I cant figure out how that one crafter managed to NOT form a hat. I worked this up exactly as written, using the same G hook, and it turned out fine. Maybe it was something with her tension. The only suggestion I would make is to use stitch markers at the beginning of each round, especially at the beginning of the pattern.

This one is interesting, After reading the written pattern and then the comments, I hope it turns out okay. People are saying it isn't working right, more of a flat round then a bowl type hat. I see this is a older pattern so I'm hoping all the bugs have been worked out. I like the open twist of this hat. I'm thinking of making it a little longer so I can flip up the rime. I'd just like to know why I'm not seeing any pictures on any of the patterns I click on from my email??? I'm a visual person and to see the pattern completed helps me, but I never see a pic of the finished pattern. '(
