Granny Bucket Hat

"This crochet granny bucket hat is perfect for speedy stash busting. Worked from the top down, simple increases in a granny stripe pattern create the hat shaping. Choose lots of colourful stripes to use up yarn scraps or stitck to a two colour repeat for a more classic look. The pattern uses a worsted weight yarn and a 3.75mm hook. You will need approximately 110 - 120 grams of worsted or aran weight cotton (approx 186m / 203 yards). This cotton bucket hat is designed for an average woman's head and is one size. There's no circumference measurement given because it’s different at each section of the hat. The hat’s depth is 22cm. Tension: Granny Bucket Hat measures: 5 clu / 9.5 rows per 10cm. This isn’t a drapey hat, which is intentional here; I think summer hats sometimes need a bit of rigidity. "
