Wow when I first looked at the picture of this Soft Squishy Baby Blanket I though what stitch is that? After reading the written pattern I see it's a repeat of front post half double crochet and back post half double crochet stitches. This would make a nice warm squishy blanket. I love it!! The pattern is well written and so easy to make. I'm sure any new mom or older person would love to receive this one as a gift. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

When I was a younger mom I often would lay my baby on an afghan in the middle of our living room floor and I would wonder if the afghan was fluffy enough that it would feel good under our little one. I love the way this baby blanket is described...just the way it should feel. I also find the color choice very handsome for a little boy and yet appropriate for a girl too!
