I would love to make this for a 3-4 year old that LOVES lions. Can anyone help me adjust the pattern?br /Thank you so much.br /Rhonda

I love everything about this hat except for the eyes. I dont like to use buttons on infant wear, and the plain buttons with no backing makes the face look flat. A white oval with a crocheted black circle would work well and stay within the brief. I would also add some black dots and short whiskers to the edges of the cheeks, too.
