Ive been giving this project a lot of thought, and although I tend to lean toward a more colorful palette, I really like the monotone look of this one. I love how this is made up of just small squares and half squares, and how that wonderful border ties it all together. This project is well written and illustrated with close up photos, too.

What a very pretty pattern. It is also a very easy one too and doesn't take much in the way of materials. I think it's going to be my next project on my to do list. I want to make it into a table runner and matching place mats as a gift at a bridal shower.
