Julie HutsonIt is hard to say where the love of crochet started. I picked up a crochet magazine in the mid 1990's from a thrift store and taught myself how to crochet from the instructions in the magazine. A new hobby was born and I have not looked back; I have been "hooked" ever since. Over the years I have also learned how to knit and have also done tatting, but my preference is still crochet. The Internet has got me involved with crochet forums and showing off my projects. I did many projects without a pattern. My blogging started when people would ask me for patterns for my projects, so I started a blog and wrote patterns for my original projects. I have found that the internet has inspired many great projects and I hope I can inspire other people with my designs. Read more about Julie in her Meet and Make!
