This unusual looking doily really caught my eye. I like the wide attachments between the petals. Most doilies are flimsier unless seriously blocked and starched, but this one looks much more substantial. One reason I do put doilies under my potted plants is to absorb any small watering accidents or leaks. If I work these up in cotton, they should be more than adequate for soaking up spills.
