Pineapple of My Eye Baby Blanket

"This baby blanket is so fun and easy featuring Lion Brand Mandala Baby yarn, the pineapple cluster stitch and an easy one-row repeat! Perfect match with the Lion Brand Mandala yarn but could certainly be made with any size weight yarn as gauge is not important with this project. The edging is a frilly double edged arch which is the perfect match with this blanket. Video stitch tutorial provided for help with pineapple cluster stitch. I think you will find this pattern as addictive as I do!"

This Pineapple of my eye baby blanket is really stunning. I love the Dreamworld mandala baby yarn that was used to make this. Not only is the colors that eminate from the pattern the texture and detail of the pattern is also very unique. I really like the pattern.

While the folded blanket on the splash page is very pretty, you dont get to see the actual stitch texture until you go to the webpage. If you look closely, the pineapple portion is in reality a raised Maltese Cross. And the link to the video tutorial is much appreciated. I have worked similarly expanding squares, but I never turn down extra instruction.

OMG! I just love the way this looks folded in a "lotus". Besides that, this is a beautiful piece of art. I guess the dazzling effect is made by using the Lion Brand Mandala baby yarn. I love this shade of, Dreamworld.

This pattern is so simple! I do love how it looks like a cross in the middle. I think I have just found the perfect pattern for my nephews baby blanket. As long as I can find a cake yarn that is blue, we are good to go! Thank you for the awesome pattern!

I am mesmerized by this baby blanket. I also cannot believe that it is made up of a one row repeat! You couldn't ask for anything easier, to give you something that looks so rich and luxurious. All this with only two cakes of yarn- it is truly a budget friendly (for you!) gift for a special someone.
