Star Stitch Bottle Carrier
"I love the practicality of a crochet bottle holder. Everyone uses a water bottle at some time or another. Male, female, kids, adults… we all drink water, and we all travel. A crochet bottle holder is a great project for yourself, or a to make as a gift. This particular pattern uses the star stitch, which looks so incredible, but is actually quite simple once you get the steps down. Full photo tutorial instructions are included for the stitch."

After searching for several months, I finally found a stainless steel reuseable water bottle I can live with. It came with a strap, but it was ugly and utilitarian. I love working the Star Stitch anyway, so this was the perfect solution. I worked it up in Caron One Pound in a couple of different shades of aqua. Ive gotten so many compliments!
