I really like this pattern. The person posted pictures on how to do certain stitches, which is helpful to many people just beginning this craft. I love this rainbow variegated yarn and you change the yarn because almost any variegated ysrn would work. If you are a beginner, then you should try to learn your basic stitches first before starting this pattern.

This is a very nice scarf pattern. I'm sure it would look nice any any fingering weight yarn that is self-striping. I really like putting the large toggle buttons on it to give it style. The nice thing is, you can make this whatever length you want so it can be made to fit anyone for a lovely gift.

I love the look of this scarf and the bright colours used, the only problem being I can't locate the exact same yarn in the UK so have had to substitute it. I have never completed puff ball stitches but the pattern has a good tutorial with close up images showing the stages of the stitch which has been really useful, it is taking me a while to master but I thinkI will get quicker once I get the hang of the stitch.

This is a pretty little project, especially as shown with the recommended yarn. The pattern calls for simple stitches with the Puff being the only advanced stitch. If youve never worked a Puff before, the author provides a series of close up photos showing what the work will look like as you progress through the stitch. Best of all, the pattern is available as a free download.
