I have made this appliqu several times and its one of my favorites. Im always looking for interesting additions to my childrens hats, and whats better than a snow scene? The author gives clear, concise instructions with lots of photos to illustrate important steps. The only change I made was to the band connecting the earmuffs instead of how the author instructs, I used the Back Loops Only to place the band on the top of the snowmans head.

This is so adorable. The earmuffs broke me up. I have never seen a snow man wearing them. It makes him very special. I just have to make this for my grand kids. They love Frosty so maybe this can be his cousin, Icy. They will get so much fun out of this. Of corse they are twins so I have to make two of them. Thank goodness they are easy to make. Thank you for sharing this little guy.
