I am not sure why this is called a popcorn pastels throw, but it is very pretty. I think this would make a beautiful baby blanket. If you do not want to make it with the girl or boy colored stripes, you could substitute them with the opposite colors. This would also make an amazing Easter gift with the colors exactly as they are.
