Assembly

  1. Once you start seaming your sweater will have a rs and a ws.

  2. Seam with the ws facing you using a whip or mattress stitch.

  3. Join the shoulder seams along the tops of the front and back shaping matching stitch to stitch.

  4. Sew together the front and back side seams working from the bottom up 76 rows, leaving 36 [36: 28: 40: 40: 42: 44: 46: 46: 48] rows unworked for the arm holes.

  5. Sew the sleeves into the arm holes and seam together along the under arm working from body to cuff, matching row ends.

Neck Trim

Join A at the side of the shoulder seam, work 5 rounds of dc (sc) around the neck line, starting each round with 1 ch and ending it by joining to the top of the first st with a ss. Fasten off.

Cuff

Repeat on both sides.

  1. Joining your yarn at the cuff end of the underarm seam, work 4 rounds of dc (sc) around the cuff, starting each round with 1 ch and ending it by joining to the top of the first st with a ss.

  2. Fasten off.

  3. Sew in any remaining ends.
