Zigzag Wrap

"This is an easy shawl pattern which involves only basic crochet stitches and anyone with basic knowledge of crochet stitches could do it without much trouble. I have used DK weight yarn and size G/4.00 mm crochet hook. You can use a smaller hook and a finer yarn to get a more delicate finish. Blocking is very important to get the desired look. Go ahead and make one for yourself or a gift for your friend or a loved one."

This zig zag wrap turned out beautifully. With all of the skipping and double crochet the ziz zag pattern shows up nicely. The designer did not indicate the color used but it looks like a royal and regal color. It has been indicated that blocking is very important so I will have to follow the rules if I want to have this lovely piece for myself. I typically will forgo the blocking.

Now this is my kind of wrap. Depending on how it is worn it could easily be a scarf or a wrap and no one would be the wiser. The color was not provided but I really like the purple hue. I know I will be able to locate something appropriate. Depending on how this project turns out I would love to make one of these for my office friend. I know she would just adore it.

I could wear this on date night with my husband! I don't make enough really nice things for myself, as I have a tendency to think about others before myself. The purple color is right on! Blocking is not my favorite thing to do, however, so this will be a challenge for me. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful pattern.

I have been looking for a lovely shawl for the summer and this Zizzag Wrap will work the best! I love the design in this wrap, so light and airy! The written pattern is easy to understand and is well written, there are some really nice pictures of the finished wrap and if you are a chart follower, she has you covered with a colorful chart. I'm looking forward to having this beautiful zigzag wrap. Now to figure out what color to make mine? Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

Link worked fine for me also. Beautiful and gorgeous wrap. It has a very nice color also. The design is great and will work perfectly for cool nights at the beach almost any time of the year. Pattern contains several clear pictures and a diagram of the design to follow along to.

Hi Vivacious, I just tried the link and it works just fine for me! Is it still broken for you? Julia, editor for AllFreeCrochet
