What a stunner! I am definitely saving this pattern right now to make for next summer. Besides one for me, I know my good friend, Heather, will love one too. It is going to be so good to wear either to the beach or around the pool and now I am thinking of perhaps making one in black for smarter wear too.

I wish the pattern was more accessible. I wanted to get the link for every reader and crocheter's benefit but it's so tedious to have to download the ebook. The dress is so beautiful. If I have the time to go over the ebook I'm gonna post it here. Don't worry crocheters.

Your website is not functioning properly. When I try to download this pattern, it takes me to 18 projects every crafter free eBook. Really? You can't do better than this? Please have the professionalism to design a functional website.

Hi mcjosephson, the link is good, actually. We apologize for the confusion. This pattern is not our our site but is actually in an eBook that's free for you to download. Happy crocheting!

I'd love to make this dress but it has a bad link. Please correct it! Thanks!

Many thanks to kznae 6073541 for the link to the Simplicity pattern below!

I wish AllFreeCrochet would do a little vetting before it posts patterns. You have to go through a download and give away too much information to get the sundress, along with a bunch of other useless "free" patterns.

I haven't tried the pattern yet, but it sounds pretty straightforward. Try this link. it should take you to a pdf version of the pattern that you can print out. http//www.simplicity.com/Classroom/KnittingCrochet == /FreeProjects/crochetmini/KC139CrochetSundress.pdf == . I hope this gets you there

Thanks for the direct link marikab, can't wait to try this pattern, especially with the weather warming up! The hardest choice will be finding the perfect color for this cover up! I also think it would look great as a dress for day time if cloth is sewn in as an under layer. Have you made this dress yet? If you have, any tips or tricks to make it easier?

I adore this one. I am currently working on it, however the diagram that has been added for connecting the motifs comes very difficult for me to understand. I have arranged the strips in a way that makes sense to me. Has anyone made this one yet? If so can you give me a few tips on the diagram and how it works? Thank you )

i think you forgot to change the link to the pattern. it's not also within the ebook.

tondastewart, then just download the book, copy and save just the dress pattern and delete the rest. Or do what kznae did and go to Simplicity website.

Has anyone made this dress yet?

would like to see the pattern for the dress, not someother link

Where is the directions for "Here Comes The Sun" dress I don't want a "free" e-book I want the dress pattern

I also went to the Simplicity site and found the pattern myself. http://www.simplicity.com/t-free-crochet-pattern- == crochet-mini.aspx

Apparently the equal signs render the link useless, I don't know where they come from. I went to Simplicity's website and clicked on Classroom & Free Projects, Knitting and Crochet, Free Projects. One of the first few projects is: How to Crochet Princess Buttercup Sundress--that is what you are looking for. We are moving to CA from MI, this will be one of my first crochet projects in my new home. Hope this helps!

Please make this pattern available separate from the e-book. I will not use any of the other crafts in the e-book.

I found it on the Simplicity site. https://www.simplicity.com/t-free-crochet-pattern- == crochet-mini.aspx

Sorry for all the confusion. Once you click on "click here for crochet pattern" it will then take you to the FaveCrafts landing page of the eBook. Once you download the eBook you can find the pattern on page 56. We hope that you can enjoy it just as much as we do! AllFreeCrochet Editors

PSA for anyone else trying to figure out where the pattern for this dress is; I also downloaded and opened the "18 Projects Every Crafter Wants" eBook from Fave Crafts (there's a link to it in the same email); and this dress is in that book! When you get to the page (see address below), to download the ebook, click on the link that says, "Download your free copy of 18 Projects Every Crafter Wants today!" LINK TO eBOOK download page: http://www.favecrafts.com/Most-Popular-Crafts/Proj == ects-Every-Crafter-Wants-free-eBook/ct/1 I hope this helps everyone searching for this pattern; since the link here doesn't work. :)

Somehow the system messed up the link for the page in my comment above. Remove the equals (=) signs in the word "Projects" on that link and it should work. Here it is one more time just in case... LINK TO eBOOK download page: http://www.favecrafts.com/Most-Popular-Crafts/Proj == ects-Every-Crafter-Wants-free-eBook/ct/1

The link takes us elsewhere - not to the dress pattern. Help!

This pattern won't come up it takes you to a different page
